Our 4 day desert tour from Errachidia airport combines the two wonders of the south-east: the Merzouga Sahara desert and the Todra Gorge. It is timed with the direct flights from Barcelona to Errachidia (starting December 2026), so you spend your holiday in the desert, not on the road.

DAY1Errachidia Airport – Ziz Valley – Merzouga
Welcome at Errachidia airport and drive through the Ziz Valley to Merzouga (about 2 hours).
Dinner and night in a hotel at the foot of the dunes.
Clean and comfortable rooms with a private bathroom and your choice of double, twin or single beds. Breakfast and dinner included. If your preferred accommodation is unavailable, we arrange a similar option of the same category.
DAY2Merzouga 4×4 Tour – Camel Trek to the Luxury Camp
Hassi Labied oasis, Khamlia and its Gnawa music, and tea with a nomad family.
Camel trek at sunset to your luxury desert camp, Berber dinner and drums under the stars.
Sahara Eden Camp, or similar
Private tent with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with a hot shower. Dinner and breakfast included, with Berber music around the campfire under the stars. We never use basic camps or shared bathrooms.
DAY3Merzouga – Rissani – Tinghir – Todra Gorge – Dades Valley
Sunrise over the dunes, breakfast and the market of Rissani.
Drive west to Tinghir and its palm grove, a walk between the 300 m high cliffs of the Todra Gorge, then dinner and night in the Dades Valley.

DAY4Dades Gorge – Tinghir – Goulmima – Errachidia Airport
Morning in the Dades Gorge and its famous winding road, then back east through Tinghir.
The ksar of Goulmima and transfer to Errachidia airport for your flight home.

Before You Go
- Bring layers: nights can be cold in the mountains and the desert, even in summer (and very cold from November to February).
- Pack sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen and a scarf to protect you from sun and sand.
- Wear comfortable shoes for the medinas, gorges and kasbahs.
- Bring a small bag for the desert night; your big luggage stays safe in the car.
- Have some cash in dirhams for lunches, drinks and small shopping; card payment is rare in villages.
- Roads in the mountains are winding: tell us if you get car sick and we will stop more often.
- Mobile network works in most places, and Wi-Fi is available in the hotels.

Yes. The car, the driver and the guide are only for you and your group. We never mix travelers from different bookings.

Yes, every night is included in the category you choose (standard, mid-range or luxury), and the desert night is always in a luxury camp.
