You will be picked up from your accommodation in Marrakech at 8 am and driven through the stunning High Atlas Mountains, stopping at the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site featured in numerous films.
The journey then continues to Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert,” where you will visit the impressive Taourirt Kasbah and the picturesque Rose Valley, before reaching the Dades Valley where you will spend the night.
You will enjoy stunning views of the Dades Valley and its many kasbahs before driving to the impressive Todra Gorges, where you can admire the local adobe villages and explore the rock formations popular with climbers.
The journey then continues to the spectacular sand dunes of Merzouga, where you will take a camel ride to your nomad camp, enjoying the sunset from the top of a dune before dining and sleeping under the stars.
You will wake up early to witness a spectacular desert sunrise from the top of a dune near your nomad camp, before returning to Merzouga on camel for breakfast.
The final day’s journey takes you through the pre-desert landscape, stopping to admire the views of the Draa River Valley, before continuing through the Anti-Atlas Mountains to reach Marrakech in the evening, where your tour will end with a transfer back to your hotel.
